All our bikes are extensively road tested, evaluated and appraised during the preparation process.
Despite this, modern bikes are machines and occasionally the unforeseen can occur, and so, should anything go wrong, you can be assured of the very best assistance.
Supported by our partners at the RAC, we include a minimum 3 month RAC Warranty for your peace of mind with every eligible used bike including 12 months complimentary RAC Roadside assistance with the option to add Home & Onward travel at reduced exclusive rates.
An RAC Warranty allows you to use any VAT registered garage in the UK for repairs and will also pay for unexpected mechanical failures should you decide to take the bike into Europe for your holidays, with help available 24/7.
RAC Platinum Maintenance & Breakdown covers All Mechanical & Electrical components for failure to perform their normal function. Platinum Maintenance & Breakdown is available for bikes up to 8 years with less than 70,000 miles at inception.
There are no mileage restrictions after inception and obviously there are a few exceptions such as service items, wear and tear items such as brake pads plus of course components that are not mechanical or electrical such as rubber hoses and bodywork. Please ask our Sales Consultant for the full component coverage and terms and conditions.
RAC Gold Maintenance & Breakdown covers specifically listed components for failure to perform their normal function. Gold maintenance and Breakdown is available for bikes any age any mileage.
This product covers the majority of the vehicles components including many high technology parts. However it is listed parts only and as with Platinum does not cover service items, wear & tear items and non-mechanical components. There are no mileage restrictions after inception. Please ask our sales Consultant for the full component coverage and terms and conditions.
RAC Roadside: 12 months complimentary cover included in every warranty
Roadside: If your bike breaks down at the roadside a patrol will come and fix it or tow to a garage up to 10 miles away if we can't fix it.
Home: We’ll rescue you on your driveway
Onward Travel: We'll recover you and your passengers anywhere in the UK. That means you can always get to your destination, back home or to any garage, no matter how far away you are.
*Some bikes we sell may be ineligible for RAC Warranty please confirm with our sales consultant eligibility on your chosen bike.
** We offer 2 levels of cover dependent of varying factors and extended warranties for 12 months durations. RAC Roadside cover is valid for 12 months irrespective of duration of warranty. Please ask our sales consultant for a full explanation of all the products we offer.
